‘Peptide-infused lip plumper that nourishes as it enhances’

This is the second Pixi makeup item that I have tried as last year’s inclusion in the advent calendar was their Brow Tamer gel which I also liked.  I am a huge fan of their Pixi Glow Tonic  and more recently their peel pads so I’m excited to try another makeup product.

It is a sheer gloss that has a minty scent to it so has a cooling and tingling sensation on the lips.  It contains peptides to hydrate firm and plump the lips, aloe to heal, jojoba to moisturise and chamomile to soothe.  A great lineup of ingredients!  Read more at M&S Website

It can be used alone as a hydrating gloss, under lipstick as a pre-treatment or on top of lipstick to add a high shine gloss finish.

I did try this out straight away as I have mentioned, I am fussy with lipglosses as I hate anything that leaves a sticky residue or indeed wears off quickly leaving my lips dry.  I found this to not be too tacky (all lipglosses are tacky to an extent), it is comfortable to wear, not drying and also looks great!

Price wise, for the usual size of 2.7g it is £12.00 so this 1g trial size (or as I like to think of it, handbag size 🙂 ) is worth £4.44.
