What is it?

The Superfood Cleanser is a blend of antioxidants from kale, spinach and green tea…described as a superfood smoothie for the skin. It is said to prevent buildup in pores, remove makeup and balance the pH of the skin without drying it out or stripping it. It is cruelty free and vegan. Kale is used for its phytonutrients and vitamins C, E and K, Spinach soothes and cools the skin, while green tea acts as an anti-inflammatory and keeps the skin barrier healthy with essential fatty acids.

How do I use it?

The instructions suggest to massage it into wet skin for 30 seconds to activate the ingredients. It can also be used as a makeup remover and to massage it into the skin for a minute before removing.

My thoughts …

This cleanser has lasted me a few months! I’m not totally out of it yet either! I have used this as a morning cleanser and found it quite refreshing. I didn’t use it to remove makeup as I prefer to use a balm or oil for makeup removal but did use it as a second evening cleanser also and my skin felt clean without feeling stripped. The smell is quite herb-like … which given the ingredients you can appreciate! It does lather up but doesn’t leave my skin ‘squeaky’ clean as though it’s been stripped of everything!

Where can I buy it?

It is available at Cult Beauty … 59ml for £12 and 237ml for £31
