This beauty advent calendar has given a mix of products from skincare to haircare, nail colour to makeup – it’s had it all and has proven great value for money all along … but it’s not over yet!! Day 22’s box contains:

Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner

I am quite fussy when it comes to eyeliners. They have to be sharp enough to create a thin line, yet soft enough to not tug on my eyes, be soft enough to be blendable when I want them to be smudged yet tough enough to last! I don’t think that’s asking for too much is it??

Stila is a brand that I have tried few products from but have loved everything I have tried, especially their One Step Correct primer.

The Smudge Stick is designed to give an intense, vibrant, long-lasting colour. There’s no need to sharpen it as you simply twist it to use as in any automatic pencil. This shade is called Lionfish and is a lovely brown with a gold shimmer running through it. It is a lovely soft pencil but doesn’t give an instant thick line so that’s perfect in my eyes … (see what I did there? 😛 )

I will report back in terms of longevity as I haven’t worn it all day having only opened it this morning but this will be reviewed soon. I can confirm however that it smudges nicely 🙂 Priced at £16, today’s box is a full size so is worth £16.
