Glow Recipe … a brand I’ve heard of before but haven’t tried anything from. Today’s advent calendar treat is the Glow Receipt PHA & BHA pore tight toner.
It claims to decongest and tone the skin so that the skin looks practically poreless.
Ingredients contain Watermelon extract with its vitamins, amino acids and antioxidant properties, Hyaluronic acid which is a great humectant to draw moisture into the skin … this is quite high up on the ingredients list along with glycerin so I’m expecting this toner to be quite gentle and hydrating aswell. PHAs (Poly Hydroxy Acids) helps to clarify the skin, buffing away dead cells but with a more gentler approach than say using an AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) such as glycolic. A naturally derived BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) then helps to clear congested skin.
As this is currently out of stock on Cult Beauty I can’t say how much this product is worth but it says from £14. I will update this post when I can find out how much this 40ml from the calendar is.
