Look Good Feel Better Sculpting Sponge, Marks and Spencers Beauty Advent Calendar

M&S Beauty Advent Calendar Day 11

Having finally managed to post a blog about something other than my advent calendar in my previous post……………… here is day 11 of the M&S Beauty Advent Calendar:      😛

Look Good Feel Better Sculpting Sponge

Look Good Feel Better is a cancer charity that supports women and teenagers suffering with the visible effects of cancer treatment, skin issues, hair loss, eyebrow and eyelash loss and so on.  The sale of their brushes helps the charity continue to provide the support to those who need it.

The charity is one that I first heard of this time last year thanks to their powder brush that was included in the 2016 M&S beauty advent calendar (which is a gorgeous brush by the way!)

If you haven’t heard of them before this is from LGFB website:

Look Good Feel Better is dedicated to improving the self-esteem, confidence and wellbeing of people undergoing treatment for any sort of cancer. It is our aim to improve their self-image and appearance through free group and self-help skincare and make-up workshops that create a sense of support, confidence, and wellbeing.

In terms of the actual sponge itself, I am pleased this has been included as I always use a sponge to apply my foundation and any other cream based products.  In fact I sometimes apply my setting powder with one too.  I currently have a few of the original Beauty Blenders and a couple Real Techniques sponges so it’ll be interesting to see how this compares as I have tried other brands, both high end and more affordable ones and have had issues either side!  At £7.50 it is much cheaper than the original Beauty Blender, but will it live up to its rivals?  😛

What do you use to apply your foundation?

I actually have this sponge from a beauty box and although I haven’t tried original beauty blender to compare, I am pretty happy with this one for both foundation or blending an undereye concealer and even pressed powders sometimes.
